Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hi! We are Jeanne and Dave and we are thrilled to welcome guests to our fantastic home! We love this area and have spent many family vacations visiting Disney as our children grew up. We have created the home that we would have wanted when our children were younger -- and we love enjoying it now with our older children and extended family as often as we can.
